As you should be aware, DNP3-2009 mandates that an IED must have an XML version of the Device Profile. The user group will assist some vendors in producing the XML Device profile so that these can be posted to the web site as examples for reference by all members. If you would like us to consider your IED then please send us brief details of the device, including details of its communications options, its I/O points (fixed or configurable, and capacity), and any other features you consider to be relevant. When we have chosen the devices we will then come back to you for more details when we will need (as a minimum) the paper version of the Device Profile.
